Ahiko

Ahiko (アヒコ, Ahiko) was a prisoner at Orochimaru's north hideout. He received a cursed seal in the course of Orochimaru's experiments. When active, the seal gives him two large flap-like protrusions on both sides of his face, imitating that of the frill necked lizard also gaining some visible features of said lizard. He is a ferocious fighter because of his violent temper, but is nevertheless defeated by Hebi posing no challenge for Sasuke.
